Refund Before Printing Begins:

  • If you decide to cancel your order before the printing process has begun, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team promptly at thestickrcompany@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation and refund process.

Custom Orders Policy:

  • Since our stickers are custom-made to your specifications, once the printing process has started, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. We begin production promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Manufacturing Defects:

  • We thoroughly inspect each custom sticker order for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive stickers with manufacturing defects or errors that were our responsibility, we are committed to making it right.
  • You have the option to choose either a refund or a replacement for the affected stickers.
  • To report manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team at thestickrcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

Returns and Exchanges Process:
