What's so great about vinyl?

Vinyl is a durable and flexible material that is resistant to moisture, sunlight, and general wear and tear. This makes vinyl stickers perfect for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

We do not have a minimum order quantity on our classic Custom Vinyl Stickers and Bumper Stickers. Please check all other products for applicable limits.

Can I get a custom quote?

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes, we offer one free order of custom stickers per customer. These stickers are 3in die cut stickers in a matte finish. This let's you see the quality of our product before you buy. Please contact us for your sample.

Can you print QR Codes?

Yes, we can print QR codes on our stickers. Simply provide us with the desired QR code, and we'll ensure it's printed clearly and accurately.

What are die cut stickers?

Die cut stickers are custom stickers that are cut precisely to the shape of the design, without any additional border or background. This gives them a unique and professional appearance, ideal for branding and artistic designs.

What are kiss cut stickers?

Kiss cut stickers are similar to die cut stickers. The sticker can be peeled away from the backing while leaving the border behind. This method allows for more intricate designs without risking damage to the sticker when it's peeled off.

What are transfer stickers?

Transfer stickers are decals that are applied using a transfer tape. The design is cut out of a piece of vinyl, and the excess material is removed. Then, a transfer tape is placed on top to help apply the sticker. Once applied, the tape is peeled away, leaving only the design on the surface.

What are clear stickers?

Clear stickers are printed on transparent vinyl, making them perfect for windows, glassware, or any other transparent surface. We typically add a white layer of ink under the colored portions of your design to make them more opaque. Clear stickers don't have the same color vibrancy as standard vinyl stickers, due to the transparent nature of ink.

Can you make holographic stickers?

What finish options do you have?

How do I show my cutline on my artwork?

To show the cutline on your artwork, create a distinct line or outline around your design using a noticeable color or stroke style. This will indicate where the sticker or print should be trimmed. Always make sure to mention the cutline when sending your design to ensure it's recognized and correctly processed.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept a variety of file formats including JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and PSD (Adobe Photoshop). However, for the best print quality, we recommend vector formats like AI or high-resolution raster files. Always ensure your file is saved at 300 DPI for optimal clarity.

Can you enhance the resolution of my design?

Yes, we can enhance the resolution of some designs to a certain extent. However, the outcome may vary based on the original quality of the design. For the best results, it's recommended to provide a high-resolution file from the start.

Can I request revisions to my proof?

How do I setup my design file for full bleed?

To set up your design file for full bleed, extend the background color or design elements beyond the trim line. This ensures that when the design is cut, there are no unintentional white or blank edges. Typically, a bleed of 0.125 inches (3mm) around all sides is recommended.

Can I print multiple designs for one order?

Yes, you can include multiple designs in a single order. However, there might be an additional fee for each separate design due to the extra setup required. It's best to clarify with our team regarding charges and guidelines for multiple designs in one order.

I'm not seeing my proof, what should I do?

Do proofs get auto-accepted?

No, proofs do not get auto-accepted. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure the final product meets your expectations. You'll need to review and approve the proof before we proceed with the final printing.

How many revisions can I request?

We aim to provide complete satisfaction. While initial orders typically include one to two revisions, we're flexible and can accommodate additional changes if necessary. However, excessive revisions might result in additional fees or extended processing times.
